No. You only need to store the Inxmail SMTP delivery server in your ERP settings. No software changes to your existing systems are required.
The add-on supports all ZUGFeRD-compatible formats as well as XRechnung, the standard for sending invoices to public-sector clients. Additional compatible formats can be reviewed on request.
Inxmail will still deliver the invoice in any case, as a fallback email with the original attachment. You will also receive an automatic error notification so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
The e-invoicing add-on requires an existing Inxmail Transactional Space. If you are not yet an Inxmail customer, we will be happy to advise you.
Technical setup, storing the SMTP server in the ERP and configuring the event, takes just a few minutes. If required, our team can also support the design of the invoice email in your corporate design with a ready-made design template.
With Inxmail transactional workflows, different content can be controlled for primary and CC recipients, for example a separate note indicating that the invoice is only a copy for additional recipients.
