Our Ship-it Days are more than just a break from everyday work—they are our stage for creative ideas, team spirit, and innovation. Since 2015, we have been creating a space to mold what drives us every day into new forms.
All participants—whether developers, customer advisors, or sales experts—work in interdisciplinary teams on projects that surprise, inspire, and further develop Inxmail. It's always exciting to see what comes out of it—be it new features, automations, or simply an innovative approach to everyday tasks.
Our Ship-it Days give Inxmailers the opportunity to develop projects that advance both our products and our culture. Team Gaia, for example, which deals with sustainability, was once created during these days. Working together across departments promotes fresh perspectives and brings together colleagues who rarely have contact in their day-to-day work.
For two days, the Inxmailers develop and fine-tune new ideas – and then present remarkable results to the assembled group. The presentations always elicit many “aha” moments and even more applause. Finally, everyone celebrates their shared successes.
