Note: Support for 32-bit systems was discontinued in 2019.
After installation, please enter your client's login URL when starting the program for the first time: "https://login.inxmail.com/[ALIASNAME]"
Then log in with your username and password. You will receive these login details from your Inxmail contact person.
If you encounter any problems during installation, please contact our support team.
Automatic updates take place during scheduled server maintenance – Thursdays between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. During this time, Inxmail Professional will be unavailable to you for approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards, your client will update automatically upon login. Please do not schedule any newsletter mailings during this period.
