Targeted dialog in the new corporate design

The email marketing channel plays a central role in Ocean's communication with its brokers. As part of a redesign of the corporate design, the email marketing was also to be reorganized.

The priority was to connect the email marketing to CAS genesisWorld. The CRM system was used to create and send the newsletter. While this already offered the possibility of targeted dialog, it did not, however, offer the complete range of functions of a professional email marketing solution. As a result, all newsletters were sent in text form, which did not allow for an appealing presentation of the luxury yachts.

To meet this requirement, a newsletter template in the corporate design of the company was needed. This allowed the yachts to be perfectly showcased and made it possible to create a simple and efficient newsletter.

Beautiful yachts, atmospheric images: the newsletter design is aligned with the look and feel of the website and offers plenty of space for exterior and interior views of the luxurious boats. This allows charter and sales brokers to get a good idea of what is on offer. The newsletters are also displayed perfectly on mobile devices. This is particularly important for the brokers, as they are on the road a lot.

Before each mailing, the target groups are selected in CAS genesisWorld based on the status and intensity of the business relationship and automatically transferred to Inxmail Professional. This enables targeted communication with brokers and end customers. For example, Ocean sends invitations to very exclusive events only to those contacts who chartered or bought a yacht in the past year.
