Many marketers are looking for email marketing software that can help them send professional mailings. However, the French subsidiary of Fujifilm wanted something more specific: they wanted an email marketing software that could be integrated into their digital ecosystem and automatically synchronize data without the need for programming. What they got from Inxmail: detailed advice and quick implementation – plus a successful solution for email communication.
The use of Inxmail showed that the software is able to meet the highest demands even as times change: In the beginning, Inxmail was only used for the online shop in conjunction with Magento. It was later connected to the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system. Inxmail integrated seamlessly into both systems and enhanced campaigns with automated processes such as content transfer or personalized data for an individual customer approach.
Global player, technology-oriented and active in many business sectors – this is how the Japanese company Fujifilm Holdings K.K. presents itself. Representatives of the French subsidiary were looking for a high-performance software for their email campaigns that would meet several requirements. On the one hand, it should be quick to integrate, but also easy to use. In addition, data between systems should be exchanged and adapted automatically.
However, the biggest challenge was the company's constantly changing digital structure. What was needed was software that not only allowed the company to send professional mailings but could also adapt to these changes if necessary. In other words, email marketing software that could grow with the company's own challenges.
After a comprehensive, personal consultation, the challenges faced by Fujifilm France were examined in more detail and suitable solutions were found. Since a specially programmed connection via API was out of the question for Fujifilm, Inxmail took over the connection to Magento completely. Thanks to the seamless data transfer, Fujifilm France was able to send highly personalized newsletters to its users – and with minimal editorial effort. Manual importing and exporting of contact data was no longer necessary.
Due to the changed structure, Inxmail was also integrated into the Salesforce Sales Cloud some time later at Fujifilm's request. A standard interface was also used here to make the integration fast and cost-effective. Salesforce CRM serves as a central tool for managing campaigns. Professional mailings can now be created, sent and evaluated without changing programs. All data exchange is automatic and thus saves a lot of time. With data from different sources, Fujifilm can address its readers in a targeted manner and send highly personalized newsletters. Subsequent evaluation – like the rest of the campaign management – is done entirely through Salesforce. Email marketing really can be that easy.
